Test and Laboratory Results
Test and laboratory results are typically available 24
to 48 hours after your appointment.
Advance Directives
If you have an advance directive, typically in the form of Living Will
or Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, please inform your provider
of your wishes during circumstances for which you may become incapable
of making your own medical decisions.
Emergencies
In the event of a life-threatening emergency — crushing chest pain,
loss of consciousness, bleeding you can’t stop — call 911
and then call us. In all other cases, call us first for instructions.
Many times, we can handle injuries or sudden illnesses in our office during
regular hours.
