Appointments

Please call us at 206-281-1616 to make an appointment. If you are calling to schedule a yearly health maintenance visit or need an extended consultation with your provider, please let us know so that we can schedule enough time.

When you are sick

If you are sick, we will give you an appointment the same day that you call us. A provider is on call at all times and will get back to you in an emergency.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. That will give us enough time to schedule another patient who needs our care. Please call ahead if you are running late more than 15 minutes late. We may have to ask you to reschedule. In turn, we hope to keep your waiting time in our office to a minimum.
