Prescriptions & Referrals
Prescription Refills
We ask that you schedule an appointment to receive a new prescription or for a prescription with zero refills remaining. When refills remain on your prescription, you may submit your prescription to your regular pharmacy and the pharmacist will contact our office for the necessary authorization or will let you know you need to make an appointment.
Please allow 24 hours during the week and 72 hours on weekends for prescription refills to be completed.
Referrals
If you need to see a specialist, we will work with you to identify your needs and refer you to the proper health care specialist. Once we meet with you about your referral, we ask for 24 to 48 hours to ensure your referral is completed. You will be responsible to know the referral requirements of your insurance plan.
